I want to introduce myself. I am a real Idaho native, born here and raised here in a farm family. Not only do I understand small town and rural life with its satisfactions and hard hitting challenges, but I have spent the greater part of my professional career involved in land development, residential construction, and real estate marketing. I have over 30 years working closely with Idaho home and land owners. This experience has provided me with expertise in residential and land valuation, marketing, buyer networks and sales strategies which I believe can be extremely valuable to you when considering selling or buying property.
True success in Myra's opinion is living by her favorite quote, "THE HEART THAT GIVES GATHERS," and relationships are at the heart of everything she has achieved. The importance of going the extra mile and helping those around her, bring great joy and satisfaction. She is dedicated to providing her clients with professional and enthusiastic customer service, regarding herself as a bit of a matchmaker when it comes to fitting the perfect home with the right family.
Myra's heritage in the Northwest is rich and her roots in the western way of life run deep. A talented singer, songwriter and radio personality, who once served as Miss Rodeo Washington enjoys ranch life on the Camas Prairie and delights herself in the beauty of God's Country. Myra has two daughters, Alyson & Marissa. Following in her mother's footsteps, Alyson was Miss Rodeo Montana and Marissa is an award winning actress living in Nashville.
She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Idaho Realtors Association, the American Quarter Horse Association and both the Country Music and the Western Music Association.
Gina Seibert is a licensed Real Estate Agent for United Country Musick and Son’s. She has also successfully owned and operated a local cleaning business, Pristine Clean, for the last 25 years, as well as raising two children who are now adults, living in Boise, where she visits regularly. After graduating high school, she attended classes in small business management at Palomar College and received a CNA certification at Western Nevada College.
Gina was born and raised in Southern California but was lucky enough to see other parts of the country, and decided to give up the crazy Southern California lifestyle and move herself and her two children to Grangeville---10 years ago! She wanted a better life, where her family could enjoy the simple things and truly live life. She still has a deep love for the ocean and beach, but she has a newfound love for the serenity of the mountains, breathtaking views, and the endless rivers here in Idaho. After all these years, she still stops at the top of White Bird grade every spring, to take photographs and take in the incredible views.
While living in Idaho she has had the opportunity to live and assist on a large cattle ranch. Growing up around horses, riding as a kid, showing western pleasure in small horse shows, working at Galway Downs race track in her teens, and hanging out at the beach, she most definitely lived the best of both worlds!
When she’s not running her business or selling real estate, Gina enjoys the hard work of gathering cattle through the forest, trailing cattle down mountain roads, horseback riding to scenic lakes and wilderness, ATV adventures, mushroom hunting, huckleberry picking, camping, rafting down the Salmon, or leisurely floating the many breathtaking rivers. She also enjoys family dinners, gardening, branding season, good food, music, random drives to the rivers’ beaches for quick dips, rodeos, traveling, and, above all family and friends.
Gina prides herself on hard work and honesty. She looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
After graduating from Meridian High School in 1998, Earl attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He started his career working in Eagle, Idaho as a salesman and auctioneer for Idaho’s largest public auto auction while simultaneously performing contract auctioneering for a number of heavy equipment auction companies.
In 2006 Earl earned the prestigious title of IAPA Bid Calling Champion Auctioneer for the entire state of Idaho while also graduating the Certified Auction Institute at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
After obtaining his real estate salesman license (and later his brokers license) Earl combined his two passions and began conducting real estate auctions both online and live. His experiences with real estate auctions led him to develop an entirely new and successful concept for conducting online personal property auctions. He debuted his ground-breaking idea in Nampa, Idaho where his auction house flourished and promptly outgrew their offices in two months. In the next six months, several auction companies followed Earl’s lead all over the Treasure Valley. United Country Musick and Sons remained at the top of the industry even well after it was sold. Earl moved back home to North Central Idaho – Grangeville, Idaho (his hometown) to pursue a recreation lifestyle as well as real estate. Earl’s expertise lies in recreational properties for sale in North Central Idaho, Idaho hunting land for sale and Idaho ranches and farms for sale. His concentration is in North Central Idaho but he serves the entire state and is qualified and happy to meet your needs as a buyer’s broker or listing broker for any and all Idaho real estate. In 2010 Earl teamed up with Potlatch Land to offer his buyers the best recreation properties available in North Central Idaho. In addition, teaming up with Realtree United Country Hunting Properties has given us the opportunity to highlight recreation/Hunting properties in North Central Idaho.
Earl has a passion for the outdoors, specifically fishing for steelhead salmon or Chinook Salmon on the Snake River, Salmon River and the Clearwater River (all of which are within an hour from Grangeville!) If he can’t be found on the river, chances are he’s trophy mule deer or rocky mountain elk hunting. During football season you’ll find Earl at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, Idaho rooting on the Idaho Vandals at the University of Idaho’s campus. Go Vandals!
